Product Overview
Dash™ 3000 Keypad Assembly consists of P.C board, mounting bracket and keypad buttons. The keypad is made up of silicone rubber material. This material has the superior heat and cold resistant properties, which makes it suitable to be used continuously at 150° C with almost no change in properties. The weatherability, moisture and steam resistance of the silicone rubber material helps ensure a long-life span to the keypad. The keypad assembly is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy of each and every part in the assembly ensures a precise fit of the parts as per the requirement. The polyester matte hard coat finish is given to the keypad gives it good abrasion resistance as well as scratch resistance. This particular keypad assembly is used in many patient monitoring devices such as ARC Aespire 7900, ARC Aisys, ARC Light Monitor and Dash™ 4000.
