Product Overview

The Up Indicator Rod Assembly is used in the Table Base Assembly. The assembly comprises of a Aluminum alloy Rod, Bumper and a Brass Nut. The Push Up aluminum rod is bended in V-Shape and has one threaded end, the rod's material is solution heat treated and artificially aged. The threaded end of the rod is used to mount the black aluminum bumper & brass nut on it. The aluminum alloy bumper of the assembly has internal threaded and the top edge of the bumper is chamfered for smooth finish. The use of aluminum & brass in the Up indicator rod assembly makes it a non-ferromagnetic part with good corrosion resistance to ensure long service life. The non-magnetic nature of this assembly makes it an ideal choice for use in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Patient Table's base assembly which are compatible with GE's MRI systems.
