Product Overview
The Damping Chamber is the part of the M-NESTPR module. The damping chamber is manufactured using latest high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a perfect fit of the chamber in the required assembly. The plastic alloy material used for the plate has good mechanical properties like high tensile strength and impact resistance which ensures a long-life span for the chamber. The chamber is free from dust, grinding, lubricants or other impurities. The cover of the chamber is joined using ultrasonic welding technique. In ultrasonic welding the heat generated from high frequency mechanical motion is used for joining plastics, forming a molecular bond at the mating surface.
