Product Overview
O-rings are seated in a groove and compressed between two or more parts thereby creating a seal at the interface. They are used as washers in medical equipment. Anesthesia machine O-rings are used to vent engine CARESCAPE™ R860 flow tubes by eliminating the leakage of gases. Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber is one of the most popular types of synthetic rubber. EPDM rubber is an elastomer and a high-density rubber that is very durable and has a wide range of applications. It has dynamic and mechanical properties. It acts as an excellent leak barrier for medical equipment.
