Product Overview
This Screw Pozidrive Pan Head is made up of A4 stainless steel. Stainless steels are iron-based alloys, which contains minimum of chromium around 10.5%. The presence of chromium offers corrosion resistance to stainless steel and helps to resist scaling at elevated temperatures. A4 grades will offers excellent corrosion resistance, cleanability, and the ability to handle extremely low (cryogenic) and high temperatures. This screw is being used in many anesthesia machines in medical field such as Aestiva 7900, Aestiva MRI, Aespire View, Avance CS2 among others. A screw is a type of fastener, in some ways similar to a bolt , typically made of metal. Screw can be used in any application that requires joining a number of different materials together including plastics, rubber and various metals as well as plywood. Pan head machine screws are machine screws with heads that are flat on top and rounded on the sides. Their low head height and large diameter provide increased driving power. Pozidriv drive types resemble Phillips drive types but have an additional cross-shaped slot to prevent cam out and allow more torque to be applied.
