Product Overview

The O-ring Viton 0.364 ID x BCG 0.504 OD x 0.070 W in Anesthesia Delivery is used in Aespire 100, Aespire 7100, Aestiva 7900, Avance, Amingo and other medical equipments as applicable. The O-ring is seated in a groove and compressed between two or more parts thereby creating a seal at the interface. Since there is no change of dimensions seen during an engagement in water or any deformation variations in solid material when the temperature increases, it has very high dimensional accuracy and stability. It is produced from fluoroelastomers rubber, which has high score impact strength. The fluoroelastomers material is resistance to ignition sources and have electrical insulation. This involves an injection molding process, which can be molded to form any shapes, even it is a complex one with perfect details. Injection molding process is most reliable and efficient. The surface finish of the product will be an excellent and has high production rate. It is a ROHS compliant product. The product is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit.
