Product Overview
The Power-Off Brake Assembly consists of a bracket assembly, a rectangle brake coil assembly, a RoHS compliant wire, a coil frame, a thin wall soft pipe, a core axle, a coil connecting axle, a pan head screw, a spring lock, a flat washer, a guide nut, a hexagonal nut and a brake plate assembly. These parts together make up the completed assembly. The power-off brake is used in the OTS carriage system to fix the component in position. When the lateral lock system button is pressed, power passes to the lateral lock unit and moves the lock rod backwards. This part is an electromagnetic type lock and remains activated when the power is off. This part also acts as a safety system in OTS carriage. The assembly is being used in the machines like Revolution XR/d, AMX 4+, Definium 8000, Proteus XR/a, Discovery XR656, Optima XR220amx, etc.
