Product Overview
The Power Brush Tip Kit is a specially designed kit that is used for rotating medical equipment or motors. The carbon brush helps to conduct electrical current between the stationary wires (stator) and the rotating wires (rotor) of a motor or generator. The brush tip is colored in blue lacquer for identification. The kit is comprised of carbon (K107), spring 283, 3D wire, cap and brush cap. The brush cap is made up of high quality nylon PA66 material having excellent chemical and heat resistance property, which makes it well suited for medical applications. The high quality carbon grade K107 brush material offers extended service life and low maintenance. The product performs effectively at high voltages, high current densities and high speeds. The part is also capable of handling overloads. The assembly as such is a proven design which fits well in to demanding applications. The product's superior material quality offers reliable operation, efficient functioning and longer life span.
