Product Overview
The Spring Tube Assembly consists of different parts tube, compression spring, rod heater door activator, cap heater linkage, flat washers, split washers, hexagonal nut. These parts are assembled together to form the full part assembly. This part is used in Giraffe™ OmniBed machine. Compression springs are opened coil spring that give resistance force to the compression force which is applied on it. Compression springs also acts as an energy storage device. These springs are linear and thus have the same rate per inch throughout the entire spring. The resistance value of spring depends upon the number of turns of coil in the spring. Tube heater door actuator contains the whole assembly in it .Tube is made of the material acetal. Rod heater door actuator engages the spring assembly in it and fitted with the help of washers and nut assembly.
