Product Overview
The Lift Rail and charging track give caregivers freedom. In the lift unit, the lift is always connected to the power supply through the charging track inside the rail. The rail is fitted with easy-rolling carriages which is fitted inside the rail. A motor is mounted onto the rail with easy-rolling carriages, inserted inside the rail. The extrusion in the lift rail is capable of producing compressive and cut off forces in the stock material. As tensile is not produced, this makes deformity a possibility without actually tearing the metal. A wear resistant material lines the cavity in which the raw material is contained. This helps to resist the high radial loads as the material is pushed into the die. A rivnut fastener (M5 x 0.8) is used on the lift rails which is a tubular rivet with internal threads. It has internal rolled threads for increased thread strength. A hand or power tool pull-up stud engages the threads of the rivnut and exerts a pull, causing the shank to expand tightly against the material being fastened. The lift rail is used in Assy-Lau, Hybrid West Lift Rail Assy and in many other systems.
