Product Overview
Diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) is more sensitive for the early detection of stroke than standard pulse sequences and is closely related to temperature mapping. After completing this training program, you should be able to: 1. Recall the anatomy of the brain and brain stem. 2. Identify the physical principles of diffusion imaging. 3. Explain the meaning of apparent diffusion coefficient. (ADC) 4. Discuss clinical applications of diffusion imaging techniques.
