Product Overview
The Ring Switch Assembly Guide Injection Molded is a type of nylon washer, which is a thin plate with a hole that is normally used to distribute the load of a threaded fastener. Nylon washers are flat discs with a centrally located hole. Nylon washers have good bearing and anti-frictional properties with fair cold flow properties. The retaining nylon washers specially configured inner diameter is designed to grip outside of the screw shank. These flat washers are used to displace the load of a fastener head or nut on a thread joint. Nylon is also a non-flammable material that is non-toxic as well as weather resistance. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit of the part in the required assembly. Because of these properties, nylon is often selected as material for washers. They are lightweight alternatives to standard metallic washers. This type of washers is compatible for Aisys, Avance and Aespire anesthesia machines.
