Product Overview
The Bellows Housing is made up of Lexan HPH4504, which is being used in many medical breathing systems. It is used to cover components in the breathing system such as bellows, rim, pressure relief valve, latch, diaphragm, and manifold. It is translucent, tough and has good optical quality. The main purpose of the bellows housing is to completely seal the bellow inside from the outside world. Here the expansion and contraction of bellows are used as an actuator to control a certain movement inside the housing in breathing system. The up and down movement of the bellows is visible in this bellow housing , So it is acting as an indicator of the proper cycling of the automatic ventilator. It is biocompatible, steam and radiation sterilizable. This special purpose bellow housing is used in UL Voluson P8, ARC Aestiva 7100, XR Optima XR220amx, ARC Carestation 600, Aisys CS2, ARC Aespire View, ARC Aestiva MRI and ARC Monitor CardioCap 5.
