Product Overview
The Quick Release Coupling assembly consists of a quick disconnect coupler, a female adapter, polyester label, polyethylene bag and a box. The RF series pneumatic couplers are designed to increase flow and reduce pressure drop through the coupling. These couplers are designed with stainless steel body and sleeves and nitrile sealing. The increased flow results in greater tool efficiency. Integral sleeve guard is provided to protect against accidental disconnection. The stainless steel female pipe thread is case hardened. It has up to 2-1/2 times larger flow area than standard interchange nipples. It is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The label is made up of polyester film with specially constructed hard coat and primer layers. The material has good embossing capabilities for membrane touch switch applications, thus makes it well suitable for medical applications. The coupler and the adapter are packed inside a polyethylene bag, and it is packed in a high quality corrugate box to avoid physical damage during transit.
